Deck builders specifically… any games have this on their cards?

I’m looking for a deck builder that plays well at 3 players. We’ve all played deck builders and we love them but we wanted a little more advanced cards, I guess? We’ve played Clank where you get your ability AND the movement/swords. We’ve played Dune where you get EITHER your agent action or reveal action.

Are there any deck builders that have a combat system as well where the cards can also be used for combat? Perfect world you can discard them for the movement but you can hold them and use them for the card ability/combat ability. Which begs another question, does any deck builder have cards where they have combat abilities and card abilities on the same card?

I know, very specific but just wondering if it exists
