Air Strike Tokens
So regarding air strikes and when the plane arrives, the Bolt Action rulebook reads: "Place a suitable token 18 inches away from the intended target".
I figured I would try my hand at making immersive tokens for that. And I'm pretty happy with the results. The system allows for swappable bases and any magnetized airplane models. So you can use any plane with any base.
So far I have bases for grassland, jungle, and desert. I plan to make a snow base. Just don't have required materials on me currently. Is this overkill for a token that doesn't appear every game and when it does is only for a couple minutes? Yes. Lol but I still wanted to!
Pictures are with a 1:72 scale Australian CA-13 Boomerang. I need to make some more planes now! :)
