Where should Ice Age 6 move to?

Shrek 5 is gonna absolutely demolish Ice Age despite the latter taking December first. I think it’s either gonna move to 2027 or push it up to an earlier date. Here’s the two dates I’m thinking of.

April 2, 2027: March would’ve been in honor of the 25th anniversary of the franchise, but Sonic the Hedgehog 4 got dated there a couple weeks ago and it also has to deal with an untitled DC film and Godzilla x Kong 3. April could work as this is the same timeframe as both Mario films.

August 7, 2026: I’m sure Disney wants this to be a part of their 2026 slate and they have a slot penciled in for August 7, 2026. Perhaps they could move it up there since production will likely be done by early next year, and it could take advantage of being both the last animated offering before schools start up and the only family film until TMNT Mutant Mayhem 2.

Either date wouldn’t surprise me.
