Really want to take Sudafed but the guilt…

Our whole family had the cold from hell. Baby is 13 months and I have suffered 3 nasty colds with no relief because I was so scared of what would happen to my milk supply if I took a decongestant.

Currently, the sinus pressure is so bad that my eyes are burning, watering and I can’t hear out of my right ear. Of course with a pounding headache.

A big part of me has been wanting to wean but I also don’t feel ready… but I also just want to take the damn meds and see what happens? Just the ramblings of a tired and sick mama who has been taking care of two sick toddlers for 8 days.
