Right side flow more intense

I am new to BF and I have noticed my right side “fills up” faster. The problem is when baby latches she gulps and then cries and becomes uncomfortable. I burp her but this back and forth results in her becoming overly exhausted. I am assuming the flow is more intense and she is taking in too much air. As a result we don’t finish a feeding session. Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated.
