I really messed up
I have been on the carnivore diet for over a year on and off. Sometimes doing keto/carnivore due to boredom. I went crazy tonight. I started attacking carbs and sugar. Went to my local hungry jacks (burger king in the USA) ordered icecream, chips, drinks. Got home and went on another binge of candy and softdrinks. Feel bloated, sick and worthless. What's the body's process for getting back to ketosis mode? Will I get a sudden surge of weight gain?
