Dragon players, what do you play against d4 ?

2000 lichess rapid, looking for something similar in spirit to the dragon, but against d4. It doesn't absolutely necessarily need to be a fianchetto, but if it is it might make things easier, if there are similar ideas. Also, I really dislike the KID for black...
