CIV VII Potentially Using AI Artwork

As many of you have seen, the new economic victory screen shows London with Big Ben in the background. Has anyone noticed that the bridge looks really off...

The railings fold down into nothing. The bridge doesn't seem to end on the right side. There is one horse carriage in the middle of this section that stands out distinctly compared to the rest of the painting.

What do you all think? Is this AI? Is this just a decision by an artist I don't understand?

I personally am not a fan of AI art, especially when it's a large studio charging the sum they are for what is otherwise seemingly a quality product.
