Is my battery fake?

Hi all, picked up this cool stealth battery up at the smoke shop today but i cannot find any info or any even pictures of it online i also just bought it straight of the display so it didnt come with a box. It has a shit battery life, weird controls and makes a weird buzzing noise when you hit it. Does anyone have any info?
