Drying Acetone with Epsom salt

When making anhydrous acetone, I've read that you should use ACS grade acetone, and mix in epsom salt you have dried in the oven. I have a question though. Wont this salt be left in the acetone, and thus after the acetone evaporates, be mixed in with the coke? Or will the epsom salt evaporate together with the acetone.
