Is this 1832 Capped Bust half dollar special?

I recently aquired this, it currently is an XF40 PCGS straight grade. It very obviously has a doubled face and I cant find much about it. Is this an overton variety? Is it worth re-submitting to get a variety designation? Ive had a lot of overtons in the past but have not come accross one like this that is so apparant.

Note: Mods im hoping this is ok to post due to the variety being visible and coin is graded by PCGS.
