Proof-Like Question

Posted in coincollecting subreddit, but didn't get any responses, so figured I would try here.

I sent in my 1883-CC to PCGS to get graded as i felt it could be a proof-like. Its serial number is 50812030 for those curious. It is noticeably more reflective in person compared to all my other Morgan's.

So my question is, is there something I'm missing for why it wouldn't be proof-like? You know, a way to more definitively know on my end (aside from the obvious of just trusting pcgs)? Would you bother asking for reconsideration or send to another firm (NGC) to get re-evaluated?

Or shall I just be disappointed lol? I'm a bit bummed, but I also just started months ago, so I'm also not an expert and willing to accept it is just a regular strike.
