Received this book from an online seller in Vf-nm. Am I being picky

I received this book from an online seller in very fine+/ near mint condition. Was happy with it till I opened it up. I had to reach out to the seller for another issue because he didn't include one of the books that I bought. He ghosted me but the platform refunded me.

It made me look through the other books I got and I found the interior of this. Am I being too picky, saying this book is not in that condition?
