Could the BTC reserve become established in 2034?

I'm really wondering if by 2034 the bitcoin reserve would be running at full speed. 🤔 With thr strategic bitcoin reserve sign in this year, 2025, that'd give them 9 years, which is 6 flipped, to solidify it into a functional currency. Almost seems perfect timing, 100 years since the gold reserve was established.
