Training 2x times a day VS 6 days a week.
Hello guys,
Just wanna hear some opinions, I currently do 4x Crossfit class a week with Thursday & Sunday off.
I feel good to add some other 2x training that I like (running, cycling, swimming)
Would it be better for my body to train 6 days a week
Or
Do 2 training on 2 days a week like Tuesday and Friday on medium intensity with 2 days off.
Gotta admit I like 2 days off, just not sure which one would benefits on performance and also recovery.
