Used ‘23 vs New ‘25

My partner and I are looking at purchasing a ‘25 EX-L AWD and have a quote right around 39k. The dealer also has a ‘23 EX with 11k miles for 30k.

Any thoughts? Apart from the cloth seats and the sun roof what else would I be missing out on with the EX?
