Nesekem, the Herald viable now?

Do you guys see this mythic item usuable now that it is buffed?

I feel like using it in a build that doesn’t use resources would be a great addition particularly to an evade build.

Overpower is triple dipping so would assume using this would push evade builds closer to pit 150 clears.
