Question about IF mom dies.

I can't find this info and I CAN NOT get this question out of my head. My wife is pregnant and she's due in 2 months. Everything is going well, but I can't get the question out of my head. If she passes while giving birth, how does the baby eat? Do hospitals keep extra formula on hand? Just how does this happen?
