Nvidia users playing DBD

Hello guys, I was just wondering how many of you are using laptops with nvidia gpu.

Last two months I'm facing an issue with overheating playing DBD. For other games it is working pretty well. I started playing DBD like 5 months ago and everything worked pretty well on ultra specs. Right now I'm playing with the lowest specs and it is overheating. So what came to my mind, is it a problem with the latest drivers or patches ?

Edit: I have 960m
