Detecting my own country's pricing even though VPN IP is India and new email address

I'm using a VPN (VPN India app) and my location is Delhi as shown by iplocation.net.

I created a brand new email address, AND cleared all data from the app.

Still, the Android app is giving me prices in my home country's currency.
