Need help with lost omi in trust wallet

I sent my omi coin from bitforex but used erc20 instead of go. Can Anybody help with recovery? I'm trying to follow the link posted but I'm having problems with steps 3 to 5. I'm not sure which coin ecr20 is. Thanks in advance
