Sf Bay Area: spring consult costs $545

Spring quoted me the first consult fee which is $545 (including ultrasound but no bloodwork)

Another clinic quoted me $100 for just the consult (no ultrasound or bloodwork)

Is spring just more expensive in general because of their success rates? Or is this the normal pricing in the Bay Area.
