New cards and additional content?

I wanted to know, did the game add any meaningful content since it first became accessible to the public? I was there day one, and I absolutely loved the game at first (being a casual Magic player, it really impressed me compared to other digital CCGs). I took a break since then, I still like it a lot, but I feel like it needs a lot more cards to feel complete.

Were there any update bringing just that? Is there anything like that on the way? Thanks for your help guys!
