Recommendations for basic e-reader device?

Hi, looking for a basic e-reader device that can read PDFs at an acceptable level.

All of my books are PDFs and EPUBs that I downloaded for free online. I would like to be able to load them into the E-reader device.

Any future books that I would add in the future to my library will also be obtained through this medium. I don’t plan on purchasing any books through any bookstores.

My budget is about $100-$200.

Would really appreciate it if the experienced and well-learned people familiar with the technology could help. Thank you.
