Cannot transfer funds out of Custodial account

Hi, I have a custodial account from way back when that is under my name with some cash on it. I attempted to transfer it out, but it does not show up under the Transfer accounts to choose from. Not sure how to proceed unless someone knows the correct pathway?

I'd like to transfer it externally, but the fact I don't even see it as an option to transfer out makes no sense to me. Hoping someone a bit smarter can help out!
