“Refused F1 visa status on portal???

Hi guys, just need someone to help. I recently applied for an F1 Dropbox on 10th April, the website showed no data return till 20th April and after that it's showing “Refused” . Someone please help me? What is happening? My college starts on 26th April and I absolutely don't know what to do.
