Permanently deleted after 6 months?

My Facebook/linked Instagram accounts were hacked and disabled in April of this year.

I have tried on and off to get help from FB/Meta - nothing worked.

Thinking of trying again - but it is too late after 6 months? If they've permanently deleted all my stuff, it doesn't matter?
Did anyone here get reinstated after 6 months?
