Meta Verified….How many times have you gone through the process?

My FB was suspended on December 25th because….wait for it…”suspended because your Instagram account gsbetty_petja.yOz94mru doesn't follow our rules”. I signed up for Meta Verified the next day and opened a ticket with them to un-suspend my account. The first time, they determined that my IG account was hacked. I spent 5 days going down that rabbit hole, until they unexpectedly said that they didn’t see any suspicious activity on my account. They then sent me the Facebook.com/hacked link, said good luck, and closed the ticket. The hacked link obviously didn’t work, as my new email address wasn’t recognized. I’ve since opened 3 more tickets, and for each, I’ve stated that my account wasn’t hacked, and that it was mistakenly flagged and suspended for not following the rules. Each time, they Meta Pro agent ends up sending me to the hacked recovery desk, that desk determines that they didn’t see any suspicious activity on my account, and they close my ticket, after sending me the facebook.com/hacked link again, each time. For you, what was the record for how many times your ticket was closed out before you finally got to someone who restored your account? I’m 2 weeks in, and on my 4th ticket….hoping to sett expectations based on your previous experiences. Thanks!!
