Farming pizza

If it helps anyone else out you can just go to the pizza shop in Thameshaven Market and select goodbye from the dialogue and she’ll give you unlimited fungus pizza which you can use for healing or sell for tickets. Definitely got me through the start of the game with resources being so damn scarce.
