Trade away Waddle for Tillman?

I'm 6-4 in a 10-man half PPR league. As frustrating as Waddle has been, I feel like he still has upside and a great playoff schedule, while Tillman's ROS schedule is one of the toughest for WRs. Should I pull the trigger?
