Grid Power Issues

Hey, I'm skyfactory 3 final version, and I am having issues getting GP. I crafted an angel ring before realizing I would need GP. I looked up the best way to generate GP and eveyone said water mill with water on all sides. I tried getting the "Stoneburnt" block with the Resonator and a Manual Mill. The resonator says the GP is 3.04/8 GP and the resonator says 15.04/15 GP. I dont have any other GP generatos or GP using blocks. I have a lot of transfer nodes and transfer pipes in the world but not near the resonator and mill. Any idea on how to fix this?
