Rate my tank!!

i’ve had this tank since last november or so, and theres quite a few fish in there. planning on bringing in some of the baby guppies because i dont wanr as many as there are in there rn. not pictured i have an albino bristlenose pleco and a longfinned bristlenose pleco, as well as a snail and some blue velvet shrimp. ++ any recs on how to deal with those annoying tiny pest snails? i’ve been culling those i see and they havent overrun anything yet but they came in on some duckweed and are driving me insane.
