Cardinal tetra white spots

I just noticed this so it had to have happened within the last 12 hours but some of my cardinal tetras have these white spots on them, my tank is very planted and I take good care of it. Haven’t introduced any new fish in over a month and everything else seems healthy (including the tetras they’re active and eating+ have had them for 7 months) Take water to get tested monthly and never have had any problems so far. Any ideas?? My first guess was ich but looking for other opinions
