How many flight attendants on long haul?

Hello! I'm taking a long haul international flight from California to Europe.

I want to buy some Starbucks gift cards for the crew but I'm not sure how many to buy - how many flight attendants should I expect on a flight like this?

I'm flying economy class if that matters
