Looking for USA flip phone with WhatsApp and Spotify <$100

Hello everyone! Apologies if this has been asked before, I perused through the sub and a lot of suggestions appear to be unreliable in the US. I would really love to get back to a flip phone for the form factor and the nostalgia but I would really like to still have WhatsApp and Spotify. Importing the keitais from Japan almost always ends up being >$350 which is more than I can afford at the moment so I'm posting here to see if anyone has any lifesaving recommendations (besides the CAT S22 because my small-ish hands would have a lot of trouble with it).
