Is yogurt a real substitute for buttermilk?
I ran out of buttermilk in the middle of baking (obviously, these things never happen at a convenient time). So I checked again on the ai Grandma’s Cookbook persona, and basically asked: ‘Any quick fix?
She said: 1 cup of yogurt=1 cup of buttermilk
