Pain in Right Elbow during RDL
I don’t have a video of my form, but I was curious if anyone had ever experienced pain in their right elbow during RDLs.
I’ve always had trouble increasing weight for my RDL because by the end of each set, my right elbow feels like it’s being ripped off. I’m newer to strength training and have progressively worked my way up to 80 lbs (including the bar) for my RDL.
However, I know I can lift heavier in other instances/exercises without any elbow issues. For instance, my deadlift is over 100 lbs right now, and my barbell row is 100 lbs.
Any thoughts onto why this specifically happens for me with an RDL?
