Help: Fujifilm x100vi

I was very fortunate to receive a Fujifilm x100vi for a gift. However, even after factory resetting it I still have this weird grain and lines. As this is my first camera I’m inexperienced and need some assistance as I’m sure I shouldn’t be having this problem.

I’ve uploaded some test photos to show what I mean.

The grain effect is off in settings.
