Anyone know what happened?

So this is one of my broken furby’s. It was working relatively fine until this video happened. It seemed to be acting like the battery was low, but it didn’t seem to be on low batteries. The next day that I tried to play with it, it totally stopped working and all it did was loop and then died. I’ve never run into any kind of problem like this, so I need all suggestions I can get.
