Gigabyte support does not work?

Two days ago i tried to write to Gigabyte's support service via website form (http://www.gigabyte.us/Support/Technical-Support) but always received error: "System is busy. Please try again later."

Is it just me? Is it broken? Is there any other way to contact with support team?
