Cengage/Github coding labs

I am unable to launch lab assignments from Cengage. It has been like this for a while now, I have already tried closing and opening the page. I also tried different browsers and they say the same thing. Right before this happened the companion tab was gone from my codespace, so I wasn’t able to see lab instructions or turn in labs. Maybe I caused this trying to fix that issue…idk someone pls help😭🙏
