What does 18birdies count as an up and down?

Does anyone know what 18birdies counts as an up and down?

It didn't count one from my recent round that I thought would be counted and so I'm just wondering why? Do I just not understand what an up and down is? That's likely.

Scenario: Par 4. 1st shot - Hit the fairway off the tee. 2nd shot - Missed the green short right into a greenside bunker. 3rd shot - Hit the bunker shot long over the green and ended on the far fringe. 4th shot - Chipped onto green. 5th shot - one putt for a bogey. So when inputted the stats for the hole I selected greenside sand shot AND chip shot plus 1 putt.

So I chipped on from the fringe and then one putted, but it says I got zero up and downs for the round. Why is that not an up and down?

Does an up and down have to be for par? Or, because I had the greenside sand shot first does that nullify the following up and down somehow?

Also, outside of 18birdies, is a greenside bunker shot onto the green and then a one putt considered an up and down? Because 18birdies doesnt count that as an up and down. It only counts it as a "sand save". Personally I feel like it should be both.

Edit: Solved! 18birdies counts it as an up and down if it was one greenside shot and one putt even for bogey, double bogey, etc. My two greenside shots is what prevented me getting the up and down, not the bogey. So if you input 1 chip and 1 putt you will get the up and down, even for bogey or worse. If you input 2 or more chips or 1 chip and a greenside sand shot then you will not get the up and down, even for par.
