Please STAFF Help ‼️

I’ve been playing Golf Blitz for over a year now, have spent maybe $20 or so in small transactions and I play this game DAILY!! I have so much fun with it and spend a ton of time playing. I went to get on today and my account is suspended.

My in game name is something a bit vulgar, it was a little joke my girlfriend and I had. There is a name filter system in the game but my name was not flagged by this. The only reason I can think that my account has been suspended is because of my name….. Which in fact I’ve been saving up my gems for the past couple weeks with the intent to change my name!!! I would prefer not to post the name here, as I don’t want to get banned on this Reddit if it’s the same people that run it.

In my opinion, if the name got past your name filter system, then why am I getting punished for this?? A simple name reset from an Admin would have been completely okay.

I just don’t understand why my account, that I’ve spent SO MUCH TIME and a bit of money on is now banned because your own filter allowed it to be named that. If there is an issue with the name, do an Admin reset or simply fix your filter…. But now I am banned from playing this game that I love. I really hope to hear something from a staff member about this, and get it resolved.

I’m not some child on here to be immature and ruin the community. It was a simple joke with my girlfriend that was going to end soon anyway. ANY HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED!
