Need a reality check lol

I’m from a Tier 1 Indian College (NIT) with a 1. GPA of 8.7/10 during my undergrad. 2. Projects on NLP, NLP and IoT 3. 6 Month internship and 1 year work exp in CS field
4. 1 solid corporate and academic LOR each (personalized) and 1 basic academic LOR (just a professor whose course I scored well in) 5. Haven’t written GRE yet (because it’s not required in most cases I see) Confident of a 320+

My EECS list currently is Stanford, MEng UC Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon, Purdue and Caltech. Is this over ambitious and unreasonable ? If so what are some realistic options you think I have ?
