Griddle options for our grill
Used a cast iron griddle on top of our grill to make some smashburgers recently.
Now looking for better(larger) options for our 2012 Weber Genesis S-330 NG SS Grill.
Weber only makes a half-grill sized griddle insert for my year/model.
A buddy has a different grill and got a full sized insert from Weber.
There are some non-Weber options, wondering if anyone has used them.
One of the options had a choice of stainless steel or baking oil steel.
The description for baking oil steel says its carbon steel.
Saw a video with a ceramic coated option.
Any thoughts about stainless steel vs baking oil/carbon steel vs ceramic coated ?
