So I tried recently buying from Cettire and Farfetch. I already read some mixed reviews about Cettire like issues with refund, or being sent the wrong item/color/size, but when most people said that their items are authentic, and it’s just that they are sourcing from gray market or whatever, I was convinced. So right now, I purchased a bag from Cettire because I’ve been eyeing on the Versace bag that’s been going on sale for some online shops, and Cettire had like the cheapest priced one, so I immediately purchased it around 2/27 8pm ES. Order got confirmed 2/28 6am, as of right now, the item is still tagged as “processing” and it’s already been 3 days. I contacted them twice thru email (only) and this to me should should’ve been already counted as a red flag, that they don’t have an international phone number. They haven’t responded in yet and I also have read about how difficult I could connect with their customer service. What’s weird is that with the item that I bought same day with Farfetch, after a few hours, they already processed the item (which would be imported from Spain)…. I guess Farfetch is much more reliable than Cettire. I am really still hoping to get the bag from Cettire, but if not, then at least get a refund. Anyway who had the same experience as mine about the long processing time??
