Missing stay keeping me from Globalist.

I have lifetime gold with Marriott which is basically worthless except sometimes on international trips... so a couple years ago I started staying at Hyatts because the rewards system is so much better...But what is happening right now is really discouraging.

I signed up for a corporate challenge as an Explorist in October and had 17/20 nights before redeeming actual Hyatt points (not HVC points) at a Hyatt Vacation Club for three nights which should have netted me the last three nights to get Globalist. It's been 24 days since checking out on Dec 23 and I still haven't been credited the 3 nights.

My challenge was going to end on Jan 8, so I opened a missing stay request before it ended. After I had no response from the request after a few days, I called to find out what to do. The CSR said they'd be credited within 2 weeks of checking out. I said it had already been been two weeks. Now several days have passed since that conversation. I called yesterday and the CSR seemed irritated that I called back and refused to escalate. Will I ever get those last three nights? Is there a way to escalate this? I have stays coming up where I'd really like to have globalist.

TLDR, my last 3 nights to get globalist haven't posted for almost a month, missing stay request and CSR haven't fixed it. Now it seems I'm not getting globalist.
