2 week Himachal trip, Solo, first time

Hello all, I'm planning to visit Himachal in the second week of March and I'm planning on visiting Manali first, then Kasol, followed by Dharamshala and finally Spiti Valley. Is it a viable route? I would be using public transport to commute. Should I need to reorder these places?
