1000 KM review of hero mavrick 440

I am going to break down this review into different aspects of the motorcycle and how i feel about it
- Engine : Smooth, calm engine.. Revs veerry sllooow (5th gear at 4000 rpm is around 105 kmph). Don't get me wrong, when you want to go faster the power is there. Amazing feel to the bike. I haven't felt any vibrations yet (also i try to go below 5000 rpm most of the times).. This engine is best suited for chill rides and not suited for racing. The torque is always there to help me in case I am going in wrong gear. It heats obviously but it's manageable.
- Throttle/Acceleration : The real surprise was the acceleration I felt when I was overtaking in traffic.. It just pulls man.. It'll go from 25 to 60 in no time and the acceleration is so smooth, if you are a new rider it might take you by surprise initially but you'll get used to it
- Dashboard : The dashboard is just average. I mean it works for the most part (and the navigation is part is really useful) but sometimes the gear indicators just disappears, sometimes the range detector stops working, small bug here small bug there..It can be annoying sometimes
- Brakes : Coming from a jupyter I can confidently say this is the best brakes I have used.. ABS works flawlessly, I have had so many sudden brake scenarios and it handled those scenarios really well. Although, one time the abs took a second to kick in but i won't mind it because it didn't happened again
- Suspension : When I bought this bike I thought the suspension is going to be average because of the RSU forks and dual shock in the back but man was I wrong.. It smoothens every bump/gutters very efficiently, it is soft enough to absorb the pressure but firm enough to not jump at bigger bumps/gutters
- Seats: Here I bought 2 accessories - backrest and seat cover and I recommend anyone who is planning to buy this bike because it made the experience even better than it already was.. After riding for 2 hrs on traffic with a pillion you barely have any pain it's magic these seats (both for rider and pillion).. For some people the back seat height can be an issue, take a test drive with a pillion before buying
- Design : Now this is subjective.. Even within my friend group some felt the design is good and some felt average. Personally I feel good when I see my baby again and again. Especially the red colour which makes the bike standout
- Service - Here I am a little disappointed. Service in itself was good but considering this is hero's premium product I wasn't expecting stand behind a queue with splendor and hf deluxe infront of me.. Maybe it is a misplaced expectations.
Overall a great bike which has some minor issues.Definitely recommended for a new rider, you will love it..
Also I want to buy a tank bag for this, If you guys have recommendations pls let me know
