Opinion on Buying a pre owned 2014-15 Fireblade

A dealer friend of mine has procured a very less (8k clocked on odo) run CBR 1000rr. I personally inspected it, looks pampered, clean with all stock parts, apart from tyres (not worn out though, just hardened compound) everything looks like a green light. I

I used to own a N650r for 4 years, i gave up because I didn’t get time to use it then as i was occupied with my post grad training. I’m a doc.

I’m really interested in this Fireblade, need opinion of the house on pulling the trigger. What all should i watch out for ? At what price point should i consider getting it! Attached few clicks.
